Overall experience was excellent! It was great in general: neat room, absolutely perfect location not far from Captain Cook monument.

The condo had a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and sparkling clean linens. It was conveniently located within walking distance of town, the marina, grocery stores, and other amenities. the owner was helpful and easily reachable. a great place to stay.

Overall, it’s great base for exploring Kailua-Kona tourist places. Very convenient being only 19 mins drive from the airport.

The location of the condo was excellent, offering easy access to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. parking right in front of the unit was convenient for us. The presence of amenities such as a pool, air conditioning in the bedrooms, and beach equipment like an umbrella and boogie boards added to our enjoyment and made our New Year stay memorable.

We experienced some minor inconveniences during our stay. the initial communication regarding broken appliances could have been smoother, and it took a few days for the refrigerator to be repaired.

The value for money at Palani Condo was fantastic - keyless check-in, dedicated parking, and the ability to cook for ourselves saved us even more. The room was clean and just the right size, and the location was perfect for exploring the downtown area on foot. The staff were always available and provided great onsite assistance.

The breakfast option could be improved by adding an AC unit in the living room. It got quite hot during the day, so we ended up relaxing in the bedroom where AC was available.

The location of the condo was excellent, with easy access to Alii Dr and all the attractions in the area. The condo itself was well-furnished, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The onsite laundry facilities and pool were a big plus, and made our stay even more convenient. having a grocery store nearby was a great advantage, as we were able to easily stock up on essentials without having to go too far.

That some of the bedroom dresser drawers were broken, which made it a bit inconvenient to store our clothes. there was some noise from the construction happening in a neighboring building, but it usually didn't start until 8:00am, so it wasn't too disruptive to our stay.

We had an amazing value for our money at this condo. The room was well-furnished, clean, and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities provided. The location was fantastic, with just a short walk to the Kona Coast and nearby shops. The staff was friendly and readily available to help with any needs.
